Mentorship and Training Program

As a Vertis Therapy team member, new to the profession or new to the setting, Vertis is especially interested in communicating, supporting, mentoring, and encouraging growth in you as a person and as a professional. 

The first six months - The program is designed to formally cover the first six months of employment and includes a multifaceted approach, including various departments and disciplines. 

Flexibility - While the program has a formal structure, it is also designed to allow flexibility to meet the individual needs of each employee participating in the mentor program. After basic benchmarks are achieved, the employee is then able to participate in the selection of training topics.
